The following rules must be followed at club launches

• Please email if you are planning to attend. You can email the StAR here.

• StAR  can cancel this launch anytime in order to comply with  federal, state, and local restrictions, or to comply with the landowner’s requirements, or to maintain the health of those running the launch as well as those attending. 

• Registration Desk will be open to accept flight fees and membership dues.

• It is suggested that only StAR Members and their immediate families should attend. Anyone in attendance is responsible for their own health and safety.

• If you are sick, running a fever, or at high risk, or live with someone at high risk, please stay home, future launches are being planned.

• StAR will enforce social distancing and all are expected to comply

• Masks for your safety and the safety of others will be required,StAR will not provide masks. Mask should be worn when social distancing cannot be maintained, such as registration desk, RSO, LCO . . . etc. There will be hand made masks for sale for $5.00 at the launch.

• At the Section’s or RSO’s discretion, people who fail to protect others by ignoring social distancing or masks will be sent away.

• Please print out the pre-printed flight cards (soon to be available) to minimize activity at registration and RSO  tables. The pre-printed flight cards are also available under “Launch Info” menu item.

• Flyers will be required to conduct their own RSO inspection and sign off,  The RSO still reserves the right of rejection or conducting  additional checks
